This mold is specifically designed for two-color injection molding processes. Both the cavity and core material are made of P20 pre-hardened plastic mold steel, ensuring high wear resistance and dimensional stability. The mold base is made of 45# carbon structural steel, balancing strength and cost-effectiveness. The ejector system integrates a pin-type ejector and ejector plate for efficient demolding. The hot runner system, combined with a standard side gate, optimizes the injection process. The dual water-cooling channel design improves cooling efficiency and shortens the production cycle. The mold supports simultaneous molding of two grooves (right groove + left groove) to meet the needs of complex structures.
