    This mold is a large injection mold specifically designed for automotive front protective panels (such as A-pillar upper panels). By optimizing the gating system and core-pulling mechanism, it solves the problems of difficult filling of thin-walled parts and easy breakage of angled ejector pins. Both the mold cavity and core material are made of P20 steel, and the mold base is made of 45# steel. It is equipped with a water cooling system and a hot runner + side gate combination injection system to ensure high precision and durability.
